Dominick A. DiBella (1902 - 1976) was a capo (street boss) in the Chicago Outfit. His closest associates were Dominick Brancato and Dominick Nuccio, known as "The Three Doms". They worked under North Side boss Ross Prio. DiBella was in charge of extorting bars, nightclubs, and restaurants, and headed the crew's juice loans. By the late 1960s, DiBella was semi-retired. After Ross Prio’s death in late 1972, DiBella was brought in as Prio’s replacement at the suggestion of Tony Accardo. He remained as boss of the North Side until he died of cancer at the age of 74 in 1976.
